MODUS OSS 2.0 is designed for corrections of deformities of the upper and lower jaw including the chin. In order to avoid postoperative complications, e.g. serious malpositions followed by an immediate relapse or disturbances of the temporo- mandibular joints after sagittal split, MODUS OSS 2.0 contains a special Sagittal Split Plate with a slider as well as all necessary implant plates, screws (including chin screws) and appropriate instruments for planned mandible and maxilla displacements.
