Management of osteotomies of the ulna

System components

• Osteotomy performed with the TriLock plate in position due to a recess on the plate
• HexaDrive — TriLock locking and cortical screws
• Specific instruments:
- Rotation-proof with guided compression
- Precise and finely adjustable saw guide (2–8 mm)
- Controlled compression by using the spindle
- Osteotomies can be performed with either a 45° or 90° angle

Screw lengths

• Ø 2.5 mm cortical screws: 8–26 mm (2 mm steps)
• Ø 2.5 mm locking screws: 8–24 mm (2 mm steps)
